Protein Rich Summer Chicken Salad

Get ready for a refreshing and summer-friendly protein-rich salad !! All you need are the following ingredients: 

  1. Grilled Chicken: 200 grams
  2. Red Pepper: 1 Piece chopped into slices
  3. Carrots: 3 pieces chopped into slices 
  4. Cabbage: few leaves chopped into slices (Can be replaced with Iceberg) 
  5. Green Onions and Coriander chopped into small pieces.
  6. Mango chopped into cubes to add a little of bit sweetness to your salad.
  7. Noodles: 1 Cup 

For the dressing, you will need: 

  1. Unsweetened Peanut Butter: 1 Tablespoon of our Keto P-Nutter
  2. Soy Sauce: 2 Tablespoons
  3. Sesame Oil: 1 Tablespoon
  4. Garlic and Ginger: add quantity to your liking
  5. Honey: 1 Tablespoon
  6. Lemon Juice: 3 Tablespoons
