For the Cake Base:

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp hazel-lust spread
  • 2-3 tbsp cold water

For the Cake Filling:

  • 1 cup unsalted roasted peanuts
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup hazel lust spread
  • Additional peanuts for garnishing



  1. Preparing the Base: In a food processor, blend oats, dates, and hazel-lust spread. Gradually add cold water until the mixture becomes sticky.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into a round cheesecake mold, ensuring it covers the base evenly.
  3. Assembling the Layers: On top of the base, spread a layer of chocolate spread.
  4. Sprinkle 1 cup of peanuts over the chocolate spread layer.
  5. Drizzle honey over the peanuts for a natural sweet touch.
  6. Smoothly spread a layer of peanut butter over the peanuts.
  7. Melt the hazel-lust spread and drizzle over the top. Garnish with additional peanuts for a decorative touch.
